A modern space decorated with very good taste, right in the centre of the city of Funchal, focused in author's food, but always with great quality. It's an inspiration cuisine. The room is large, in light tones, with tables set with rigor and good taste. The esplanade is fantastic, exquisite, once again well decorated, with straw chairs of beautiful effect and comfort. There are cold and hot starters - snapper ceviche, shrimp salad or foie gras duo. Regarding the hot starters, the soft-shell crab in tempura or the seafood creamy soup stands out. In the main dishes, crunchy black scabbard fish, pargo fillet and half-cured cod loin regarding the fish dishes. Beef fillet, two-texture duck and lamb leg cooked in 24 hours are the meat proposals. Candied lemon brulé cream, macha green tea pannacotta and coconut fondant and chocolate are some of the possible desserts. The wine list is very varied and consistent, and there are several proposals of Madeiran wines.
