22nd International Regatta Canary - Madeira

Madeira hosts between September, 6th to 11th,another edition of the international Regatta Canary-Madeira, a true cultural exchange that brings together hundreds of sailing enthusiasts.

This is one of the oldest and the biggest sports events, held since 1978 by Funchal Naval Club jointly organised by the Real Club Náutico of Gran Canaria, in collaboration with Madeira Tourism Board, APRAM - Ports of Madeira, among others.

The programme includes recreational activities which aim to promote the island’s natural heritage, from the sea to the mountains, in addition with several hikes in the Laurissilva Forest.
